To mark the start of Mental Health Awareness Week, I thought it’d be nice to create a free acts of kindness bingo template.
You can download this and challenge your friends and family to see who can reach bingo first, or simply use it as a fun motivational tool to encourage you to introduce more random acts of kindness into your daily life.
What’s on the template?
On the template you’ll find 20 acts of kindness to try and complete. It doesn’t matter if you don’t score ‘bingo!’, it’s just a fun and thoughtful activity to pass the time.
I’ve tried to make all of these activities as socially distance-friendly as possible.
On the template you’ll find acts of kindness like:
- Share a compliment
- Raise money for charity
- Be part of a community initiative
- Leave a positive review
- Recommend a small business
- Send a surprise gift
- and more!
What do the bingo templates look like?
Here’s how the bingo sheets look.

I’ve created six templates for you to download as part of one zip file. There are three colour options – pink, blue and monochrome. There’s both a filled in and a blank version for each colour option, so you can create your own design in a tool like Canva or PicMonkey.
